The car spent its early life in Switzerland and was first registered in the UK in 1947. Between that time and 1972 it had its current engine fitted. I think it is mostly MPJG but with a Morris block bored out to suit. I would like an original MPJG engine block so if someone has a useable one please let me know! It is nick named THOMAS (from Thomas the tank engine) by my three year old daughter.....the name has stuck. The car was rebuilt by Naylor brothers from 1972 to 1976 and has had little use since. It is now showing some signs of wear and tear but it is in good original-sh condition. Mick Pitcher |
